However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of print-on-demand production.

b. Print-on-Demand Nature: All products sold by HappyNess Collective are custom-made and printed on demand. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. This process allows us to offer a wide range of designs and minimize waste.

c. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

2. Orders

a. Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

b. Order Cancellation/Modification: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, orders enter production quickly. Therefore, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a very short window after your order is placed. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Returns and Exchanges

5. User Accounts

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm HappyNess Collective or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
   

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

HappyNess Collective does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

In no event shall HappyNess Collective, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
