Welcome to our Shipping & Returns information page! We know getting your HappyNess Collective items quickly and easily is important, and so is knowing what to do if something isn't quite right. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your unique, custom-printed orders, along with our clear and fair policy for returns and exchanges. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and joyful as your journey, so let's get you all the answers you're looking for!

Shipping Information

 

We're excited for you to receive your order! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
 

  • Order Fulfillment: All items are custom-produced just for you! It typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. We're proud that over 97% of our orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, and more than half are shipped within 3 business days or less. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
     

  • Domestic Shipping (within the US): Once fulfilled, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days.
     

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • For orders under $35, we offer a flat rate shipping of $2.99.

    • Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $35 or more!

    • Your total estimated delivery time (including fulfillment) is typically 5-9 business days.

    • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
       

  • How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 9 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@happynesscollective.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

At HappyNess Collective, we pour our hearts into creating meaningful apparel for your journey. Because each item is custom-printed especially for you when you place your order, we have a unique return policy designed to ensure fairness while keeping our prices accessible.
 

  • Quality & Accuracy Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, or significant quality issue, we are truly sorry and we'll make it right! Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you experience any of these issues. To help us resolve it quickly, please email us at support@happynesscollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the concern. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
     

  • Important Note on Sizing & Preferences: As your items are created just for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues (e.g., ordering the wrong size) or buyer's remorse. We know it's exciting to get new gear, so to ensure your HappyNess Collective apparel fits perfectly, we highly encourage you to "measure twice, order once!" — please refer to our detailed Size Chart before making your purchase. It truly helps!
